  Getting to the Core of Hurt: Relational Aggression and Girls

Description:
  Relational aggression is behavior that goes largely ignored because it is so normalized in our culture, by girls and adults alike. Service providers, school staff, parents and the public at large readily recognize the need to reduce peer on peer violence as well as violence in schools and the community. However, little attention has been given to the specific ways violence is expressed between female peers: namely, by undermining the social networks and isolating girls from each other.

This panel features women speaking about sustainability from cultural, medical, environmental, and social perspectives.

  In this 75 minute open forum discussion we will talk about all things related to the voice. How to use, avoid abuse, create and express your unique self through the vocal instrument. Bring your questions, bring your frustrations, bring your music and bring your voice. Working one on one with volunteers, Mary Beth will make fast and easy changes to each singer that you can immediately apply to your own voice.
